Paid before the consultation takes place, through an approved Nexus company payment channel. Counsellors do not collect payments directly.

Assessment & session plan
The counsellor determines whether continued counselling is appropriate and recommends the number and type of sessions.
Pay for your counselling sessions
Each session or package is paid in full before sessions begin. Always request and keep your receipt.

Payment principle
Keeping payments safe and transparent.
All counselling payments must be made through officially approved Nexus Social Solutions payment channels. Clients should not pay personal accounts or personal mobile-money numbers belonging to staff or service providers, and should receive confirmation or a receipt for every payment.
Counsellors do not negotiate, collect or privately arrange counselling fees. Any question about fees or payment arrangements goes to Nexus administration.
