Book your consultation

Online or in person. The consultation fee is paid before the session, through an approved Nexus company payment channel.

Before you continue

• I understand that counselling is a professional support process and that my participation is voluntary.
• I understand that information shared during counselling is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable professional and legal requirements, which may have recognised limitations.
• I understand that the initial consultation helps the counsellor understand my concerns and determine whether continued counselling is appropriate.
• I understand that the initial consultation and any further sessions must be paid for in advance, through approved Nexus Social Solutions company payment channels.
• I understand that counsellors do not personally collect fees, and that questions about payment go to Nexus administration.
• I understand that counselling is not a substitute for emergency services or medical treatment, and that referral may be recommended where appropriate.
